Choose from a variety of fermented fun to learn about. From beginner levels (sauerkraut, sourdough and yoghurt) to advanced (koji, tempeh, beer, garum); Mark can offer a fun, tasty workshop for you and your group.
This workshop allows participants to sample the toolkit of a herbalist and learn how to make a transformation of their own. Let Mark know what you are interested in making specifically or just ask for a general introduction. Participants can take home their own transformation at the end of the workshop.
